APECOM is affiliated to the ICCO - The International Committee of Public Relations and Consultancies Ltd. APECOM follows the Stockholm Charter (2003) and has adopted the Consultancy Management Standard. (CMS).

The International Communications Consultancy Organisation (ICCO) is the voice of public relations consultancies across the globe. The ICCO membership comprises national trade associations representing independent public relations consultancies in twenty-eight countries around the world: from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, America and Australia. These affiliated trade associations collectively have over 1,000 PR consultancies as their members, who between them employ some 25,000 staff.
