He has 16 years of experience in Public Relations and Communications Consulting. He was the founder and CEO of NR Consulting / Hill & Knowlton, Deputy-Chairman of Imagem Capital SGPS and Executive Director of APAP.

He is also a speaker and guest professor for postgraduate courses in Communications Management, Public Relations and Crisis Management.

He has been Board Secretary of APECOM since February 2008.

He is a graduate of Corporate Communication from École Française des Attachés de Press et de Communication – ISCEM.
