Communication Consultant and Reputation Management Specialist since 1995, he was a Financial journalist/editor for eight years (1988/96), successively at Semanário Económico, Diário Económico (Founder), Público (Founder), Valor (Founder) and Semanário. Founding shareholder of financial newspaper Jornal de Negócios and financial news website Negócios.pt in 1997.

Vast experience in Corporate Communications, Financial Communications and Crisis Management with over 150 clients. He is part of the Council of Notables of Meios & Publicidade, a publication specialised in marketing and public relations.

He has been Chairman of the Board of APECOM since February 2008 and member of the board of ICCO –International Communications Consultancy Organisation.

Studied four years of the Economic Course at Faculty of Human Sciences of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
